Who really represents the common man?

I have been watching Democrats bitch and moan about the red states and the rednecks therein ever since the first election. They call the people in the red states stupid rednecks. They say the people in the red states don't know what they're doing. They say a lot of things...

What they fail to realize is that the people in the red states and red districts...they're the regular joes. The only places that you see any blue's in big cities...where the elite live.

Yet somehow, the Democrats can call the regular joes who voted Republican stupid jerks, and then say they represent the regular joes. Let's be clear here - the Democrats are high dollar, rich person, party of the elites. I'm sick of them trying to say otherwise.

What I'd really like to know though...why hasn't anyone else pointed this out?

The whole blue versus red battle is so trivial and pointless. The fact is that both parties fight over rich folks and poor folks evenly. Polling is very deceiving if you want to understand people.

The reason the red regions are rural seems a combination of the republican lower taxes but quietly spend more, supporting rural evangelicals against abortion and gays, and the appearance of being the party that's tough on terrorists, immigrants, and crime. The reason the blue regions are urban seems the influence of unions and minorities.

Ultimately, both parties overspend, both have cronies, and both clearly have higher spending priorities than say, counter-terrorism and safe borders or helping minorities. If a non-Mexican alien crosses the Mexican border, they don't even bother to detain the person, but release the alien into our borders with a notice to appear to save money. School prayer is already legal if a teacher isn't involved, but not even school administrators understand that because of propaganda campaigns. Terrorism and school prayer are smoke and mirrors issues in America that only serve to elect bad people.

Actually, the distiction between red and blue should be whether the voters are dead or alive. Blue denotes deat people voting, red denotes people who haven't died yet voting. That's what the different colors are all about.

I even more strongly agree with this Vulg. Why is it that the Democrats scream voter fraud so often? Is it because they tend to see reflections of themselves wherever they go?

Amazingly, they fail to see the irony in this. They grow self righteous and angry when in spite of their outright fraud, they lose. I guess their assumptionis that if they lost after cheating, that the Republicans must be cheating more.
